Tomorrow we’ll be slowing things right down and making fresh pasta together from scratch — mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping before cooking it over the fire. The children will help prepare two simple, delicious sauces:

• Tomato Sauce – gentle, sweet and child‑friendly

• Green Pesto – fragrant, fresh and perfect for spooning over warm pasta

We’ll eat together outdoors, sharing the food we’ve made with our own hands — a lovely, grounding mid‑summer activity.
