We Are The Wild Things Forest School Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

We Are The Wild Things Forest School is committed to making our website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA wherever reasonably possible.

Our commitment

We want everyone who visits our website to be able to:

  • navigate using a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technology

  • understand content written in clear, plain language

  • view pages with sufficient colour contrast

  • access information on a range of devices and screen sizes

  • request information in a format that works for them

How accessible this website is

Most of this website is fully accessible. However, we are aware of the following areas that may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

  • some PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers

  • occasional images may be missing descriptive alt text

  • third‑party tools (such as booking or form widgets) may not offer the same level of accessibility as the rest of the site

We are working to improve these areas as part of our ongoing website updates.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you find any problems not listed on this page, or if you think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us. We take all feedback seriously and will aim to respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

Requesting information in an alternative format

If you need information from this website in a different format, such as:

  • large print

  • audio

  • plain text

  • an accessible PDF

please contact us and we will provide it wherever reasonably possible.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with how we respond to an accessibility concern, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for further guidance and support.
